Video Blog: Thoughts from Behind the (Unopened) Bar
Nick here, coming to you from behind the bar of my unopened restaurant, The Freshman, with an update from the field. It’s been a wild two months and the pace of change has been dizzying, but our partners Takoma Beverage Company, Thompson Italian & The Eleanor, have responded quickly and creatively to these unprecedented challenges. Still, the road ahead is a long one and so much is still unknown. Here’s my take on how our industry is responding and how you can help.
